Sales, Refunds, and Cancellations Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through CEO Switch, a brand of Time to Thrive, LLC, including purchases made through carinkilbyclark.com, ceoswitch.com, and theceoswitch.com.
1. Payment Options
CEO Switch accepts all major credit cards processed securely through Stripe. Your card will be charged on the date you complete your purchase. The charge will appear on your statement as TIME TO THRIVE LLC.
If your payment is declined, you will be notified by email and asked to update your payment information within 48 hours to secure your enrollment or access.
2. Payment Plans
Select offers include a payment plan option that splits your total investment into multiple installments. By choosing a payment plan, you authorize Time to Thrive, LLC to automatically charge the card on file for each installment on the scheduled due date, every 30 days from your initial purchase date, until your balance is paid in full.
Payment plans are binding agreements. Choosing a payment plan does not reduce, delay, or cancel your financial obligation for the full program investment. All installments will be charged as scheduled regardless of participation or progress in the program.
3. Digital Products and Workshops
CEO Switch offers digital products and workshops, including but not limited to the Always On To Autopilot workshop, Runs Without You Fast Track, and related resources. Because these are digital, non-tangible products that are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. No refunds are issued once access has been granted or a download link has been sent.

4. Coaching and Done-With-You Programs
Enrollment in any CEO Switch coaching or done-with-you program, including the CEO Switch Intensive and the CEO Switch Infrastructure Build, constitutes a non-cancellable agreement. All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations are issued for any reason, including non-participation, and you remain legally and financially responsible for the full program investment regardless of whether you attend, engage, or complete the program.
If you are on a payment plan, all remaining installments will continue to be charged on their scheduled dates. You may not cancel a payment plan mid-program.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By purchasing from CEO Switch, you authorize Time to Thrive, LLC to charge your card for the full amount due, including any scheduled payment plan installments, without requiring additional authorization for each charge.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not constitute a cancellation and does not release you from your financial obligation. You remain responsible for the full balance owed, plus any fees incurred by Time to Thrive, LLC in connection with disputing or recovering the payment.

6. Payment Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation after your purchase is complete. If you do not receive a confirmation within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected].
7. Troubleshooting Digital Access
If you do not receive access to a digital product or workshop after purchase, it is usually because the confirmation email landed in your spam or promotions folder, or the email address entered at checkout had a typo. Contact us at [email protected] and we will get you sorted out.
